Privacy and Cookie Policy

This policy sets out what crown-gold-australia.com knows about you, why it knows it, and how to switch most of it off. The list is short. We run an information site about CrownGold Casino rather than a casino: no registration here, no account, no cashier, no payment form. A name on a card, a document, a balance, a transaction — none of that ever reaches us.

Reviewed September 2026. Anything you hand to CrownGold itself, from registration details to identity documents and payment records, falls under the operator’s own privacy policy rather than this one.

What we collect

Three streams, and nothing beyond them.

What you send us deliberately. Email us or use a contact form and we receive whatever is in it: your email address, your name if you put it in, and the message. It stays while the conversation is still useful and is deleted afterwards. Please keep screenshots of your CrownGold account, identity documents and payment details out of it; we can do nothing with them and have no reason to hold them.

Technical data from your visit. Ours is like every other website in this respect: it sits on a server that logs requests. An IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and a user-agent string naming your browser and operating system. All of it is generated automatically, and it is used for security and for working out why something broke.

Aggregate analytics. We look at which pages get read, how people arrive, whether something is failing on mobile, and broadly which country visitors come from. The output is statistical: counts, not dossiers. No attempt is made to identify individual readers from it, and none of it is sold or traded.

Cookies we use

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser so it can recognise a repeat request. Ours come in three groups, and only the first is genuinely needed for the pages to work.

Cookie typeWhat it doesTypical lifespan
Strictly necessaryKeeps the page functioning: session handling, basic security and abuse protection, and remembering your cookie choice so the notice does not reappear on every page. From the end of the browsing session up to about 12 months for the stored consent choice
AnalyticsCounts visits, page views and traffic sources in aggregate so we can see which pages are read and which are broken. Set by our analytics provider.Commonly from 24 hours up to about 24 months, depending on the specific cookie
Partner and trackingSet by the operator or its tracking platform when you follow a link from this site through to CrownGold, so the visit is attributed to the page it came from. Nothing is written by these before you click out.Usually around 30 days, controlled by the operator’s platform rather than by us

Block the analytics and partner cookies and not one page here will break. Block the strictly necessary ones and, at the very least, the cookie notice will greet you on every page load.

Third parties

Delivering the site involves a handful of services, and each of them sees a narrow slice of technical data.

There are no advertising networks on this site, no retargeting pixels, no social media tracking widgets. We sell personal information to nobody.

Managing cookies in your browser

The real controls sit in your browser, not on this site. Every current browser will block third-party cookies, clear stored cookies and site data, block scripts for one particular site, or refuse cookies altogether.

In Chrome, Safari and Firefox you will find these options in the privacy and security part of the settings, and each vendor keeps a help page with the current steps for its own version. Menu paths are left out here on purpose: vendors rename and shuffle them constantly, and out-of-date instructions do more harm than none at all. On a phone the same controls live in the browser app’s settings, not the operating system’s.

Worth knowing, though: clearing your cookies also wipes the record of the cookie choice you made here, so the notice comes back. And a private or incognito window limits what is kept once you close it. It does not make your visit anonymous to the server or to the network you are sitting on.

Your choices and requests

You are free to ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. In practice this comes down to email correspondence, since that is the only route by which your details reach us in identifiable form. Write in and we will tell you what we have and remove it if you want it gone.

Where that stops, honestly, is at the operator’s door. Nothing CrownGold holds can be deleted by us: account records, verification documents and payment history sit with the operator, and a deletion request for those has to go to its support team under its own privacy policy. Analytics is the other limit: the data is aggregated and not tied to your identity, so there is rarely anything in it we could isolate as yours. Blocking at browser level is the control that works there.

Children

This site is written for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and nothing here is designed for minors. Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent us their details should email us, and we will delete the record.

Changes to this policy

This policy gets reviewed whenever the site changes: a new analytics setup, a new contact route, a different set of cookies. The version in front of you was reviewed in September 2026, and the date at the top of the page is always the one in force. Material changes earn a fresh review date rather than a silent edit.

Contact

Privacy questions, data requests and corrections go to [email protected]. Anything about your CrownGold account, or about the data the casino itself holds, needs the operator’s support instead.

How you may use these pages, and what we are answerable for, is covered in our site terms and conditions. If you landed here first and actually wanted the guide, begin at the CrownGold guide homepage.
